All attendees and authors of The Arizona Conference are required to register. Nonmember authors may register at the member rate. Badges are required for admittance to the technical sessions and lunch.

The appropriate badge is required for admittance to the technical sessions and meal / table top and will be checked at the entrance of all activities.
Student registration for the 2018 Arizona Conference must meet eligibility requirements. SME requires that an individual must be attending a college/university/higher education institute on a full-time basis to qualify for student registration. Student registrations may be required to provide evidence of full-time status. Students enrolled in 12 or more semester credit hours are considered full-time. Acceptable confirmation includes: transcript, most recent report card, or official school registration documents. Student registrations without this documentation will not be eligible for the reduced student rate.
If circumstances require you to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to Arizona Conference Registration, c/o SME, 12999 E. Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, CO 80112 or to email@example.com. Cancellations postmarked on or before November 5, 2018 will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after November 5, 2018. Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their hotel accommodations. Substitutions will be accepted at a $25 processing fee.
