Have a question about registration or conference activities? We can help! Below we have answered some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about attending the Annual Meeting of the SME Arizona Conference.

REGISTRATION OPENS September 2017.

You can register online by visiting Register. Attendee registration opens September 2017. For additional questions regarding registration for the 2016 Annual Meeting of the SME Arizona Conference, please contact SME Customer Service at cs@smenet.org or 303.948.4200. To receive advanced registration rates, SME must receive your registration form and payment by November 3, 2017. After November 3, 2017, on-site registration fees apply.

All badges and conference related materials will be distributed onsite at the registration desk located at JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa.
Conference registration includes access to all of the technical sessions and one ticket to the luncheon on December 4, 2017. You can purchase additional tickets for your guest(s). Students are welcome to attend the conference free of charge, but they must register for the conference. Student registration does not include the luncheon, but students can purchase tickets to the luncheon at a discounted rate.
Your registration allows you access to all technical sessions.
On-site registration will open on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at 2:00pm, in the Arizona Ballroom Foyer at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa.
A guest is welcome to attend the luncheon with a purchase of an additional ticket.

All changes to an attendee record must be submitted in writing to meetings@smenet.org.
If circumstances require you to cancel your 2017 Annual Meeting of the SME Arizona Conference registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to meetings@smenet.org or by mail to SME Arizona Conference Registration, c/o SME, 12999 E. Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, CO 80112. Cancellations received by November 3, 2017 will receive a refund, less a processing fee of 50% of the registration cost. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after November 3, 2017. Substitutions will be accepted in writing at no charge until November 3, 2017. After November 3, 2017, a $25 fee will be charged for substitutions. NO REFUNDS for Registration will be issued after the November 3, 2017 deadline.

Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations.
SME and the Mining Foundation of the Southwest (MFSW) have secured a block of rooms at the special rate of $138 plus tax per night. Reservations must be made by November 3, 2017, and are based on availability. Reservations can be made by contacting JW Marriott Group Reservations at 877-622-3140.
